Terminology

Before you get started with the plugin, it is useful to understand the terminology it uses. The plugin has a couple of post types:

  • Products
    References an Eduframe template, which is either a course template or a program template.
    This type has access to custom fields.
  • Variants
    References an Eduframe edition, which is either a planned course or a program edition.
    This type has access to custom fields.
  • Teachers
  • Meetings
  • Category

The plugin also has a couple of taxonomy types:

  • Labels
    Labels can be assigned to a Product.
  • CourseVariants
    A course variant can be assigned to a Variant.
  • CourseLocations
    A course location can be assigned to a Variant.
